ANIMAL TRAPPING

Unwanted animals on your property can cause extensive damage. Trapping and removing the animal from the property will stop unwanted activity. Traps and daily checks ensure a humane capture of proper handling of the target species.

Traps are used in conjunction with one way doors to ensure that problem animals are caught and unable to re-enter unwanted areas. Animals pass through the one way door from the inside and are trapped on the outside of a structure.

Capturing the problem animals that know how to get into the structure will help ensure that they can not move to other areas of the home.

Successful trapping in combination with a proper exclusion will ensure a one time permanent solution for your property.

ANIMAL EXCLUSION

Homes have vulnerable areas that wildlife will utilize to gain access to the interior or attic spaces. Sealing these areas that have been damaged by wildlife or that are vulnerable to access is called “exclusion.”

Common entry points  for multiple animals include soffits, roof junctures, ridge vents, and gable end vents. Wildlife often chew on and damage these areas to gain access to the interior of a structure. The use of a “one way door” will allow animals to exit but not re-enter a structure.

The process of completing these necessary repairs in conjunction with preventive work is important ensuring a one time permanent solution. No two buildings or situations are the same and each exclusion program is designed with your specific structure in mind.

A complete inspection of your home will determine the amount and type of work needed to solve any issue.

SANITIZATION AND REMEDIATION

Common pests like rodents, squirrels, raccoons, and bats all leave behind droppings and urine in the areas they inhabit.

These droppings are a threat to human health. Both ecto and endo-parasites’ along with a variety of different viruses and bacteria are common in wildlife feces.

Insulation and other surfaces that also come in contact with the droppings are not safe to touch or be in close contact with. Matted insulation from nesting is less energy efficient, affecting the overall effectiveness of your homes ability to retain hot and cold air.

To fully restore a space that was previously inhabited by animals is a multi step process.
